News / GCC Pro Beta Launched

Dear Developers,
 We have released the beta of our cloud networking engine for Unity - GCC Pro.
To start development of your Unity game networking use our GCC Pro SDK (former Emulator and plugin).
It runs with any version of Unity, both on Windows and Mac OS.

Before you start, please check that you have installed:

- Windows or Mac OS X powered computer
- Unity® Editor (any version)
- Microsoft Visual Studio or Xamarin Studio

SDK Contents:

- Example Project - a fully functional working example of a GCC based game - contains both the Unity3D project and GCC Local Game Server (former "Emulator").
- Example_game_database.backup - database backup of the example game - to be restored on the GCC Pro cloud in order to launch the example there.
- - packaged game ready for deployment to GCC Pro cloud.
- GCC Unity Editor Plug-in - Contains the plug-in which extends capabilities of the Unity3D editor, allowing creation and management of GCC based projects.
- SDKBotManager - C# project which creates a load with predefined players(bots) on the local game server.

Game Cloud Continental team proudly presents the Game Cloud Emulator!
It is a Unity Editor ® Plug-in that enables the Multi Player in your Game! For Free!

Game Cloud Continental is a game networking solution of a new generation. It extends the capabilities of the known game servers tens and hundreds of times.

Game Cloud Continental helps in two major directions:

 - helping small game developers to deliver a true MMO game, great performing, robust and secure.

 - provide to large game titles almost infinite number of online players; provide a hardware-scalable sofware framework out of the box.

Our product is free. It comes as a server-emulator, cloud service or stand alone server.

As addition to the network messaging we provide a bunch of meta-game features: lobby, chat, high scores, in-game purchases, collision management on server side.

Game Cloud Continental works with absolutely authoritative server-client model which gives no chance to hackers.
